My whirlygigs are made of either Wild Cherry or Dogwood bases and almost always have a Honeysuckle Vine snake twined round and round. The top is made of aluminum that I cut and paint, the red star is of tin. If you light a candle under one of my whirlygigs, the fan starts to turn. Whirlygig On A Table
